About us
Touch.edu is dedicated to eradicating the stigma associated with sexual violence. We hope to uplift survivors, make their voices heard, and hopefully in turn decrease the prevalence of this crime when we ensure more people are aware about this issue nad how to handle it.
OUR MISSION & VALUES
At Touch.Edu, we aim to teach the world the importance of opening up. Stigmas can only be broken through talking, as uncomfortable as it may be. The goal is to normalise such conversations, so that survivors are able to come out and heal rather than supressing their emotions and worsening their turmoil.
OUR INITIATIVES
What began as a school project evolved into something larger - a group of empowered young students desperate to make a change. We began as a small group of 4, hosting sessions in school and office, then progressed to social media, successfully setting up our Instagram. Later as our organisation grew, we began a podcast, started a series of blog style articles, hosted street plays, and have much much more to come.
OUR INITIATIVES
What started out as a school project has now grown in to budding youth organisation, eager to make change.
Meet the Founders

Naima Hariramani
Naima exhibits unconditional love for cats, and a strong passion for classical dance. She truly felt the need to contribute to a bigger platform in order to make a change that really mattered. For her, Touch.Edu is not just a side project, but a way to bring change by simply talking about the issue.

Aanya Amit
Aanya is Head of Tech and Operations at Touch.Edu. As a young student with an abnormally large range of interests, her favourite thing to do is to give back to society. Using her passion for dance, music, science and technology, she tries her best to grow Touch.Edu and change the world's view on sexual violence one step at a time.
